Course description

This 3-day intensive course is dedicated to clinicians who want to master biological and clinical principles of hard and soft tissue regeneration using the latest biomaterials and technologies from the Straumann Group and botiss biomaterials portfolio.

Course topics

The program combines evidence-based lectures, interactive discussions, and extensive hands-on training focused on real clinical applications in implantology, periodontology, and reconstructive dentistry.

Participants will gain a deep understanding of tissue biology, wound healing mechanisms, and decisionmaking processes in bone and soft tissue regeneration.

The course includes detailed presentation and clinical protocols for cerabone®, maxgraft®, maxgraft® cortico plates, Jason® membrane, mucoderm®, NovaMag® magnesium membrane, and Emdogain®, demonstrating how to select and combine materials for optimal clinical outcomes.

During practical sessions, participants will perform step-by-step regenerative procedures on models and animal specimens, covering techniques such as GBR, socket preservation, ridge augmentation, soft tissue augmentation, and periodontal regeneration.

Clinical videos and case discussions will provide insight into the latest minimally invasive and biomimetic surgical approaches.
